Training Policy – Learning to develop

Learning and development is one of the top priorities in Crystal Company’s personnel policy. With the goal of building and developing a team of highly qualified professional personnel, standards of ethics, professionalism in working style and dedication to the job.

– At Crystal, all employees have the opportunity to participate in professional training programs according to job requirements; according to the annual training and development plan; In addition, the Company also encourages employees to actively learn through participating in professional training courses at the company and partly or fully supported by the Company.

– Every year, the Company also organizes excellent employees to attend additional courses, improve their knowledge to take on higher-level jobs: Comprehensive CEO course, CEO course, function director course (CFO, CPO, CMO, CHRM …).

– In parallel with the form of non-work training, Crystal focuses on internal training: KPI construction training, ISO, 5S training or seminars on soft skills (Presentation skills, teamwork skills …) in addition to sharing knowledge and skills; These internal trainings create an environment for the close exchanges of the staff of Crystal.

Currently, Crystal has many forms of training such as:

  • Integration training courses for new employees joining Crystal;
  • Training awareness / knowledge about industry / product / technology specific … when employees are accepted and handed over the work;
  • Safety training – Occupational hygiene, Fire and explosion prevention for employees working at the Company’s Factory;
  • Training courses on building / perfecting management systems: ISO 9001-2015, KPI, 5S …
  • Organize training courses on corporate culture, soft skills … With the teaching of leading experts and speakers from the world and Vietnam .
  • Send employees to take part in executive management courses: CEO, CPO, CFO, CMO, CHRM … at prestigious domestic and foreign training units outside.
  • Short-term training abroad for planned cadres, employees with excellent achievements and positive contributions to work and staff planned.
