The Company develops and disseminates the policy of emulation and reward to employees in a transparent and transparent manner every 6 months. The annual bonus is based on the results of the company’s production and business and the results of the performance evaluation of each person in the year. The incentive form of rewarding is applied by the Company’s Board of Directors as:

  • Individual Award for outstanding, excellent 6 months and year-end bonus.

  • Appreciation is based on outstanding performance in the work of individuals
  • Rewards for staff members whose initiatives, improvements are effective are applied.
